To make sure you always see the most relevant information on your Podio home screen, you can customize the 'tiles' you see there.

First click the Podio logo in the blue menu bar to go to your home screen. To the right of the activity stream you'll see the + ADD TILE icon. Click this to add any of the following to your home screen:

• Reports and views from your apps
• Shortcuts to your favourite apps
• A list of your upcoming tasks
• A view of your upcoming calendar events
• Images, notes and more...

If you ever feel like there's too much happening in your home screen's activity stream, you can also hide certain workspaces or apps. When an activity appears that you'd rather not see, mouse over it and click the X that will appear on the top right corner of the update. There's more info about this in the Help Centre, too.

These simple changes will improve the effectiveness of your home screen immensely.
